It is seven rules covering where pictures come from, what gets recorded about each one, and what keeps them replaceable. Five of the seven are rules you set yourself — three quoted from your own words, two from what you told the team on the 28th. It changes nothing until you say yes — that is the team's standing rule that you approve any change to how the team works before it takes effect, not a formality invented for this one.
Why it mattersYour own first line was that everyone on the team needs to be aware of this. It reaches every specialist who sources or places a picture, and until you approve it, the policy still lives only in one place nobody reads.

Why it mattersA mispronounced place name is invisible in the script and obvious in the room, and it is the kind of thing that sticks. Six minutes now is cheaper than correcting it in front of a class.

A separate defect turned up on the way and was fixed with it: the page told scholars to write down the bold part of each definition, and Lesson 1's vocabulary had no bold in it at all. All eight of its definitions carry the bold now.

What happenedBoth were measured end to end. The sync fault that once ran to four and five seconds is now under four thousandths of a second on both. The slide counts match the scripts exactly, nothing is silent that should not be, and both run under their target length.
